Head of Global Consultant Relations Lead

We are seeking a strategic and client-centric Head of Global Consultant Relations Lead to join our Institutional Distribution team. This role will involve leading a team of consultant relations directors, working collaboratively with business development and client relationship directors within the EMEA Distribution team.

The successful candidate will need to proactively develop new relationships and deepen existing relationships with global consultants to achieve commercial objectives. They will strategically monitor progress with consultants and work collaboratively with the global institutional business development and client relations teams to commercialise our buy ratings, ensure growth in pipeline and conversion ratios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver a global consultant relations strategy
  • Manage, motivate, and develop staff
  • Develop strategic partnerships with consultants
  • Monitor progress with consultants and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience of successfully defining and delivering a global consultant relations strategy
  • Excellent practical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements
  • A strong network of established relationships with consultants
  • An astute manager who can manage, motivate, and develop staff
