Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Account Manager to drive our sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and offering technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth, manage the sales process, and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical advice and support to customers, collaborate with engineering teams, and present product solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Account Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, conduct regular visits, and manage account performance.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, contribute to product development, and support targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting & Admin: Prepare sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Education: HNC in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the sealing industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of sealing products, materials, and applications, excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills, ability to foster and sustain robust customer relationships, self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
