CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY SPECIALIST

About the Role:

We are seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist to join our team at On, a leading sports company. This is an exciting opportunity to work on social compliance and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Sustainability and Social Impact Lead and assist in executing and managing the Social Compliance Program.
  • Manage supplier audit scheduling and engage with suppliers to address workplace issues through corrective action plans.
  • Develop and implement capacity building programs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze and consolidate supply chain data for reporting and disclosure purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive excellent performance in social compliance.
Requirements:
  • Passion for social compliance and creating positive impacts in the supply chain.
  • Good knowledge of the footwear/apparel industry and relevant sustainability requirements.
  • Experience in project development and execution.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Willingness to travel within Asia and to supplier locations.
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
