Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lending Sales Professional to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating quality mortgage business by establishing and managing relationships with intermediaries and corporate businesses.

Your duties will include providing a compliant and effective direct mortgage service to customers, ensuring efficient operation of the branch, and adhering to established procedures. You will also be expected to offer feedback and guidance to improve team performance and productivity.

A successful candidate will have experience in mortgage origination through intermediaries and a proven track record in mortgage sales on an advised basis. They will also possess strong relationship-building skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Based on industry standards and the required skills, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £37,500 per annum.
