Job Title: Utilities Manager

People Solutions Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled Utilities Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established client based in Broxburn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with customers regarding breakdowns and maintaining daily breakdown sheets.
  • Monitoring breakdown response times and reporting to the Depot Manager.
  • Ensuring adequate staff resource is in place to meet the company's objectives at all times.
  • Inspecting and recording damages to units/toilets, including graffiti.
  • Completing and processing paperwork for delivery, collection, and exchange.
  • Testing new units/toilets before booking them into fleet.
  • Transferring items from stock into fleet and processing paperwork.
  • Maintaining the Toilet Yard, including securing the area and storing units, toilets, and parts.
  • Ensuring the works office and yard areas are clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
  • Providing health and safety training to staff and ensuring work is carried out safely.
Requirements:
  • 5T Driving Licence
