About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at TRC Total Renal Care Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Collaborate with regional directors to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure financial sustainability
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare management (prior experience in renal care preferred)
  • RN license (required for some locations)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in ESRD/dialysis (2 years preferred)
  • CPR certification (or obtained within 60 days of hire)
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
