Social Work Professional

We are seeking a qualified social worker with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a children's social work team to join our dynamic and supportive team at Entrust Social Care Ltd.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing our practice model, working closely with child in need team managers to develop outstanding social work practice across the teams.
Our team is committed to ensuring the safety of children under the close supervision of a supportive team manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implementing our practice model and developing outstanding social work practice.
- Working closely with child in need team managers to achieve high-quality relationships with families.
- Ensuring the safety of children through effective risk assessment and management.
Requirements:
- To be considered for this role, you must hold a DipSW or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS, and be a car driver.
- A competitive salary of £30-40 per hour will be negotiated based on experience and pay scheme selected.
