Senior Children's Social Worker

Entrust Social Care Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Children's Social Worker to join our team in Warrington.
Job Summary:This role involves working as part of a dynamic team, implementing effective practice models and contributing to the development of outstanding social work practices across the organization. As a Senior Children's Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager.
Responsibilities:- Implement the organization's practice model effectively, working closely with Child in Need team managers to develop and deliver high-quality social work services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create purposeful relationships with professionals, providing exceptional care and support to all children and families in Warrington.
- Work 37 hours per week (flexible by negotiation) within a temporary contract for three months, with opportunities for extension based on performance.
- Ensure a smooth start date by obtaining necessary DBS and reference clearances prior to commencing the contract.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a DipSW or equivalent qualification, be registered with the HCPC, hold a current DBS, and be a car driver. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role within a Children's Social Work team.
