Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering The Lancaster Model
  • Collaborate with education providers to develop and implement health programmes
  • Contribute to the development of public health policy and strategy
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to colleagues
  • Work closely with management to ensure effective service delivery
RequirementsEssential Skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care
  • Excellent knowledge of public health principles
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of working in a corporate setting
  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Ability to develop and lead teams
Qualifications and Training
  • SCHNP qualification or equivalent
  • Registered nurse status

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £58,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
