Public Health Nurse Leader

Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering The Lancaster Model
- Collaborate with education providers to develop and implement health programmes
- Contribute to the development of public health policy and strategy
- Provide clinical supervision and support to colleagues
- Work closely with management to ensure effective service delivery
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality care
- Excellent knowledge of public health principles
- Experience of working in a corporate setting
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
- Ability to develop and lead teams
- SCHNP qualification or equivalent
- Registered nurse status
Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £58,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
