Financial Services Transformation Specialist

Aviva is undergoing significant transformation, and we are seeking a skilled professional to join our Finance Change team. The team's primary focus is on managing change activities and delivering new systems into the Financial Control Environment for Aviva Health Care.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is circa £30,000 per annum, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications. Additionally, there is an opportunity for a bonus of up to 8% of annual salary based on performance and company results.
Job Description
As a key member of our Finance Change team, you will be responsible for ensuring financial control is factored into the finance elements of the build. This involves working closely with the finance value stream to understand their requirements and ensure that the solution is fit for purpose.
You will also deliver efficient and effective user acceptance testing, including billing, collections, and cash management. Furthermore, you will develop detailed knowledge of the new platform for finance functionality and support business readiness and training activities for a safe implementation into finance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require experience of the Financial Control Framework, as well as knowledge of general insurance data flows for finance and finance data systems (Finance Data Hub, Oracle Fusion General Ledger accounting). Alternatively, you may have good knowledge of healthcare data and its uses.
