Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, coach, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
• Have full control of the catering operation, including stock, food, and labor costs.
• Ensure consistency of food and service standards delivered to students and staff.
• Drive sales through monthly promotions and added-value events.
• Manage and improve all controllable costs.
• Oversee menu development.
• Maintain company systems and procedures, and legislation.
• Carry out regular audits to ensure standards are being met.
