We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer – VCATS to join our team in Stratford-on-Avon. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth through the delivery of vehicle programmes from original concept and design, through to manufacturing feasibility and into current production.

The ideal candidate will possess ONC, HNC or Degree level education within a related Engineering discipline and/or relevant experience in the Automotive/Aerospace industry. Previous engineering experience, particularly related to VCATS, is essential. Working knowledge of Siemens Teamcentre or NX is also required.

The successful applicant will be responsible for facilitating and participating in improvement projects, shopfloor performance reviews and value stream groups. Key responsibilities include owning focussed improvement processes, planning key improvements for critical measures such as build efficiency, waste, and process risk optimisation.

Additional responsibilities include identifying and supporting CI activities that will create value, leading focussed improvement initiatives, six sigma projects and FMEA risk reduction activities. The successful candidate will also be expected to mentor others in the application of process and procedures supporting standardised workflows.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Expleo is a progressive company offering a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
