Aston Martin is seeking a highly skilled Senior Powertrain Engineering Leader to drive the technical development of our ICE and hybrid sports cars. As a key member of our Transmission and Driveline division, you will lead system-level DFMEAs, ensure DVP processes are in place, and conduct comprehensive Design Reviews.

You must have exceptional time management abilities, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset to excel in this position. Proficiency in CAD systems, particularly Siemens PLM TeamCentre and NX Software, and a solid grasp of CAE techniques are preferred. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is essential, as is a comprehensive understanding of automotive product creation systems, failure mode avoidance tools, and manufacturing processes.

This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and comes with a range of benefits including hybrid working arrangements, flexible hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
