Job Description:

The First Point of Contact Analyst will be responsible for providing initial support to customers experiencing software-related issues. This role requires a personable and efficient individual who can deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining accurate records.

Key Tasks:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the Zendesk system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay current with software updates and enhancements to provide informed support.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with software applications and basic IT skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Salary and Benefits: Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per annum.
