We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Health Care Assistant to join our dynamic team at NLAG NHS Foundation Trust.
Job Overview
This challenging role requires a flexible and proactive approach, enabling you to develop your existing skills in a new environment. Collaborative working is essential between parents, families, and all members of the multidisciplinary team, thus excellent communication skills are required.

Education and Qualifications
Essential Criteria
- Holds QCF Level 2 (Previously NVQ Level 2) in Care
- NVQ level 3 is essential or willingness to work towards
Desirable Criteria
- IT skills
- Diploma in Nursery Nursing or
- Food Hygiene certificate
- Child Development Course
Occupational Experience
Essential Criteria
- 6 months experience of working at NVQ Level II in Care
- Experience of working with children

Salary Information
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and local market conditions.
