Business Process Improvement Lead

Job Description: We are looking for a professional and experienced Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operational activity for our seafood site. The successful candidate will ensure alignment to the overarching Seafood strategy, driving measurable improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure regular data is provided for service, engaging our customers and putting our customers at the heart of all that we do.
- Progress the team's development needs and succession planning by conducting PDRs, 1-1s, and team meetings.
- Analyse and action KPI information to understand areas in need of improvement and use these to push the business forward, striving for 'Best in Class'.
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in Food Science or Business Management.
- Awareness of world-class improvement techniques.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project leadership skills.
