We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Support Specialist to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of production processes for a leading fashion supplier.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for high street fashion, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative assistance as needed to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Managing critical path to guarantee timely delivery from initial order to final product.
  • Initiating costings, understanding procedures, and following up fit comments and action costings when necessary.
  • Sending bulk submissions to customers, following up approvals, and obtaining production sample approvals.
Requirements:
  • Fashion-related education is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, co-ordination, and communication skills are essential.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
