About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to join our team at Apptio, an IBM company. As a key member of our sales team, you will navigate sales processes, develop consultative selling skills, and manage complex projects. You will have the opportunity to work with sales teams to gain learning on product, talk track and prospecting.
Your First 90 Days
- Get familiar with our technology spend and value management software
- Build relationships with internal business partners and receive administrative training on internal tools
- Complete onboarding training and start contributing to sales growth
Your Goals Within 6 Months
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and industry trends
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create new campaigns and best practices for lead generation
- Achieve significant sales growth and contribute to the company's success
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of sales experience or internship experience
- Fluency in English and one Nordic language
