About the Job

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Head Pastry Chef to join our team at The Bath Priory. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional desserts to our guests and working closely with the Executive Chef to drive innovation and excellence in our dessert offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry making, with a focus on creating visually stunning desserts. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless execution of dessert service and develop and implement new dessert menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

A competitive salary package is available, including an estimated annual salary of £43,000, based on experience. This includes a base salary of £40,000, plus additional perks such as a monthly service charge of up to £150, which is shared among all team members.
