Job Description


We are looking for a seasoned Head Pastry Chef who can manage and build a small team in the section, driving innovation and excellence in our sweets, desserts, pastries, and bread offerings. The ideal candidate will possess experience at a 3-rosette standard or above, with a proven track record of success in fine dining environments.



Required Skills and Qualifications


The successful applicant must have:



  • At least 5 years of pastry experience at a senior level
  • Excellent baking skills, with a strong understanding of current trends in the fine dining market
