- Manage food ordering and inventory using Procure Wizard.
- Ensure high standards of food safety and quality control.
- Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve excellence.
- Collaborate with our Executive Chef to drive culinary innovation.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in pastry making, bread making, and dessert creation.
- Proven track record of leading kitchen teams and managing staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
