As a Client Liaison Administrator at Kingswood Group, you will play a critical role in supporting our Advisors and driving sales-related administration.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional client service and has experience working within a Wealth Management/Planning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Advisors with diary management, opportunities, queries, and requests.
  • Processing sales-related paperwork from submission to completion.
  • Maintaining awareness of company policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Gathering information for annual reviews.
  • Contribute to the growth of our Wealth Management/Planning business.
