Wealth Management Administrator

NJR Recruitment is pleased to represent a highly regarded Wealth Management organisation based in the Macclesfield area.
This exciting opportunity has arisen due to internal progression, offering a chance to join the client services team as an IFA Administrator.
You will work closely with IFAs and clients, providing administrative support and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wealth Management, with excellent product knowledge of HNW Pensions & Investments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient administrative support to IFAs
- Preparation of correspondence, including letters and emails
- Main point of contact for IFAs, clients, life offices, and members of the business
- Maintenance of administration systems
- Ensuring daily workflow is completed
- Assist with the management of IFA portfolios
- Prepare new business and review packs
- Undertake general administration tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months' experience working in a similar role
- Whole-of-market product knowledge
- Proficiency in Provider Platforms
- Industry qualifications advantageous but not essential
