Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Bionical Health. This role is responsible for maintaining and implementing operational business processes and being the main point of contact for the office building and the training suite.
The successful candidate will have excellent planning and organisational skills, enabling them to prioritise the needs of the business and maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach to the role. They will also be able to deal confidently with colleagues, regulatory bodies, customers, suppliers and other relevant third parties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the travel and accommodation booking systems for Bionical Health
- Processing travel related expenses to finance using the correct P&L codes
- Managing the Bionical Health Fleet process
- Reviewing and maintaining the Fleet handbook
- Procuring and managing all supplies for all office operations
- Coordinating and facilitating the group induction days delivered remotely and on site
- Coordinating room bookings for board meetings
- Supporting the Health and Safety (H&S) function by being the chief fire marshal for the building and identifying and sourcing training for fire marshals throughout the business
- Providing administrative support where needed within the office
- Acting as the main contact for the landlord and communicating any required information to the Bionical Health management team
- Conducting regular inspections of the offices to ensure no H&S issues or concerns
Essential skills and qualifications include:
- Able to work flexibly to prioritise the needs of the business
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- IT literate and competent
