Job Title: Health and Social Care NVQ Assessor - Welsh Language Expert

Smart Solutions Recruitment is working with a leading vocational training provider to recruit a Welsh speaking NVQ Assessor in Health and Social Care. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of learners and contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality learning experiences through the Welsh medium.
  • Support learners to achieve their qualifications in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Contribute to the planning, monitoring, and achievement of performance targets.
  • Utilize occupational competence and experience in apprenticeship delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience working within Work Based Learning and Award Body standards.
  • Assessor qualification or equivalent and assessing experience.
  • Occupational experience within the Health & Social Care sector and apprenticeship delivery.
  • Ability to speak Welsh is essential.
  • Full driving license and use of own vehicle.
