Job Title: Trainee Health and Social Care Assessor

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Health and Social Care Assessor. As a Trainee Assessor, you will play a vital role in supporting learners through their qualifications in Health and Social Care, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference in the Health and Social Care sector while developing their own skills and qualifications. As a Trainee Assessor, you will work closely with learners, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and guide learners through their qualifications in Health and Social Care
  • Conduct assessments and provide feedback to learners
  • Develop and maintain relationships with learners, employers, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of assessment materials and resources

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel to learner sites
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload
