Diabetes Centre Clinic Coordinator

NHS Scotland is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Diabetes Centre Clinic Administrator.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the diabetes services team, ensuring the smooth operation of clinics and reception areas across the Highland region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the diabetes services team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area is well-organized and maintained, providing a welcoming environment for patients and staff.
- Support the coordination of clinics, including preparing patient records, managing clinic schedules, and communicating with patients and staff.
- Collaborate with the diabetes services team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
