This is an exciting opportunity to join Cohealth as a Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach. As a key member of our Mental Health Pathways Cluster, you will provide flexible, intensive recovery-based support to young people experiencing mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Provide recovery-oriented services to young people, utilising the Collaborative Recovery Model (CRM) and coaching principles.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including family and carers, clinical and community supports.
- Participate in the co-design, facilitation, and evaluation of group activities.
