Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Administrative Support Coordinator at Architectural Decorators LTD. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the office team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and being the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Chase outstanding documentation and photographs from subcontractors.
  • Assist in creating PAS forms for individual projects.
  • Attend meetings to discuss project progress and responsibilities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Level 4/C in Maths and English GCSE.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Basic IT knowledge.
  • Good timekeeping.
