About the Role

Job Description
  • To provide administrative support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to patients.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
  • To handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
  • To coordinate appointments, investigations, and other medical procedures, ensuring timely and efficient management of schedules.
Requirements
  • A good general education, including GCSE English and Maths.
  • An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and confident use of IT systems.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or within the NHS would be beneficial.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £31,081 to £33,665 per annum (inclusive of allowances) and opportunities for career development within the NHS.
