Healthcare Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated administrative professional to join our team as a Medical Secretary. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic healthcare environment and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Job Description- To provide administrative support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to patients.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
- To handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- To coordinate appointments, investigations, and other medical procedures, ensuring timely and efficient management of schedules.
- A good general education, including GCSE English and Maths.
- An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and confident use of IT systems.
- Prior experience in a similar role or within the NHS would be beneficial.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role offers a competitive salary of £31,081 to £33,665 per annum (inclusive of allowances) and opportunities for career development within the NHS.
