Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Business Operations Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient day-to-day operations of our office, providing support to the entire business and being the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure project smooth running.
  • Chasing subcontractors for outstanding documentation and photographs.
  • Assisting in creating project-related documents.
  • Attending meetings to discuss project progress and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of Level 4/C in Maths and English GCSE.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Basic IT knowledge.
  • Excellent timekeeping.
Package:
  • Salary - £13,312 per annum.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1 hour for lunch).
  • 21 days of annual leave + bank holidays and Christmas closure.
  • Birthday off.
  • Enrolment onto a Business Administration course.
