About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EPR Education and Training Lead to join our team at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our digital transformation program, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Digital Education and Training team to deliver innovative and effective education and training programs for staff.
  • Work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to promote the adoption of digital working practices.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support the EPR transformational change.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Training and Identity and Access Management teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
  • Monitor and review team KPIs to measure the impact of educational initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in education and training, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and EPR systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
