About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Line 7 team at Baxter. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for organizing the team's daily work routine, ensuring focus on delivery, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize the team's daily work routine to ensure efficient production and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure focus on delivery, safety, and quality by monitoring and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Responsible for recording hourly performance and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Gather data to enable process and reliability improvement.
  • Identify and deliver process improvement activities and analytical reviews.
  • Manage absence and performance across the team.
  • Support the recruitment process and complete accurate shift reports.
  • Coordinate support for breakdowns and ensure overtime delivery and verification.
  • Support department activities for the delivery and reviewing of change controls, CAPAs, internal audit actions, TCU, SOPs, etc.
  • Coordinate training across the department and maintain accurate records on the department training matrix.
  • Overall responsibility for Shift Performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained and support the Quality department as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a manufacturing role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to hold people accountable.
  • Delivery through a team.
  • Strong GMP knowledge.
  • Quality delivery.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • LEAN and 6S knowledge.
