About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Line 7 team at Baxter. As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, focusing on delivery, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and prioritize daily work routines to meet production targets.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Monitor and record hourly performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform process improvements and reliability enhancements.
  • Lead process improvement activities and analytical reviews.
  • Manage absence and performance across the team.
  • Support recruitment and training initiatives.
  • Coordinate shift reports and identify actions to improve performance.
  • Support department activities, including change controls, CAPAs, and internal audits.
  • Coordinate training and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to hold people accountable and drive results through a team.
  • Strong GMP knowledge and quality delivery.
  • Attention to detail and LEAN/6S knowledge.
