About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Line 7 team at Baxter. As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, focusing on delivery, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and prioritize daily work routines to meet production targets.
  • Ensure focus on delivery, safety, and quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes as needed.
  • Monitor and record hourly performance, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the team to gather data and implement process improvements.
  • Responsible for absence and performance management, supporting the recruitment process and ensuring accurate shift reports.
  • Coordinate support for breakdowns, manage overtime delivery, and verify quality standards.
  • Support department activities, including change controls, CAPAs, internal audits, and training.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role, with a strong understanding of GMP principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to hold people accountable.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
  • LEAN and 6S knowledge, with the ability to apply these principles in a manufacturing environment.
