Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Quality Management Framework that meets the standards of the Lincolnshire County Council framework
  • Onboard staff teams across Lincolnshire, providing training and support to ensure a smooth implementation of the Quality Framework
  • Take overall responsibility for monitoring strengths and learning across Lincolnshire, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to build positive working relationships and achieve shared goals

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexibly and maintain a good work-life balance.
