We are looking for a skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join Niyaa People Ltd in Worcestershire.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaising with contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with the Compliance Manager on daily tasks and duties, including reviewing compliance certificates.
- Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed accurately and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Contributing to the development of regulatory policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field such as law or management.
- Proven experience in a regulatory affairs role, preferably in the housing sector.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Estimated Salary: £43,000 - £59,000 per annum.
