About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join Niyaa People Ltd in Worcestershire.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with the Compliance Manager on daily tasks and duties, including reviewing compliance certificates.
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed accurately and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Contributing to the development of regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field such as law or management.
  • Proven experience in a regulatory affairs role, preferably in the housing sector.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Estimated Salary: £43,000 - £59,000 per annum.
