We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Lab Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our training lab facilities.

Job Description

The Training Lab Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our training lab, including:

  • Coordinating the use of our training lab facilities and equipment
  • Managing inventory and supplies, including ordering and maintaining stock levels
  • Organizing and maintaining laboratory records and filing systems
  • Scheduling routine maintenance and repairs of equipment
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to users
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing the use of our training lab facilities and equipment, ensuring maximum utilization and minimizing downtime
  2. Developing and implementing efficient processes for managing inventory and supplies
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date laboratory records and filing systems
  4. Scheduling routine maintenance and repairs of equipment to minimize downtime
  5. Providing timely and effective technical support to users
  6. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of medical devices and equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
