Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Car Maintenance Specialist to join our team at People Solutions. As a Car Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting and diagnosing vehicle issues, collaborating with customers to determine required repairs, and calculating the expected time and cost of vehicle work.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent experience. You will also require a full driving licence with no more than 9 points and experience in delivering interim, full, and major services, including relevant repair and replacement work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues
  • Collaborate with customers to determine required repairs
  • Calculate expected time and cost of vehicle work
  • Repair or replace components as needed
  • Test drive vehicles to ensure repair quality
  • Fitting and servicing vehicle accessories
  • Performing service checks and maintenance tasks
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment


Salary: £28,500 - £31,500 per annum, plus a bonus incentive of £5,800.
