Job Overview:

Carriera Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CDM Advisor/Principal Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design and construction team, you will provide expert CDM/Principal Designer support and advice to multi-disciplinary design teams and clients throughout the design and pre-construction phases of a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive CDM/Principal Designer support to design teams and clients.
  • Ensure all projects comply with CDM Regulations 2015.
  • Collaborate with other design disciplines to plan and coordinate health and safety during pre-construction.
  • Develop and deliver core CDM documentation, including significant hazard and risk registers, design risk management, and PCI packs.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or Construction qualification, along with a design/construction qualification.
  • Significant experience in a similar role, with a strong construction background and deep knowledge of design and construction health and safety.
  • Expertise in compiling and reviewing significant hazard and risk registers, design risk management, and PCI packs.
