CDM Principal Designer

A leading construction consultancy, Brandon James Ltd, is seeking a highly skilled Principal Designer to join their team. As a Principal Designer, you will play a key role in leading meetings, managing design safety risks, and working closely with a team of CDM Advisors and Architects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with qualifications such as NEBOSH Construction and Tech IOSH. They will also have at least one year of experience in a CDM role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, with a direct line into a Senior role within one year. They will also be part of a fun and supportive team, with a focus on employee satisfaction and career progression.

The benefits of this role include a competitive salary of up to £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, a bonus scheme, car allowance, and generous annual leave. The company also offers comprehensive healthcare benefits, pension, and life coverage.
