Job Title: CDM Principal Designer

A leading construction consultancy is seeking a highly skilled CDM Principal Designer to join their team. As a CDM Principal Designer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and employees alike.

About the Role:

This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in CDM and will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead meetings and manage design safety risks for a portfolio of clients
  • Work closely with a team of CDM Advisors and Architects to deliver high-quality services
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
