Braintree and Surrounding Teaching Support

We are seeking a skilled educator for a flexible teaching opportunity in well-regarded schools located in Braintree and its surroundings.

This role involves providing essential teaching support across various schools, covering for permanent staff absences. The successful candidate will ensure the continuity of students' education by delivering prepared lessons and managing the classroom environment effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quickly adapt to different school environments and requirements, providing seamless educational experiences for students.
  • Deliver prepared lessons and manage the classroom environment effectively.
Requirements:
  • A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, or equivalent).
  • Prior experience in teaching, ideally across multiple key stages and subjects.
  • Willingness to work on a casual basis with availability to cover at short notice.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and the ability to inspire students to achieve their best.

  • You must have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be happy to apply for one.
