Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated Relief Support Workers to assist in the delivery of our specialist supported living service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, including mental health needs and challenging behaviors. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support, ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users. This may involve planning and carrying out transition work, developing independent living skills, and achieving personal goals and desired outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage service users in planning their support. You should also have a 'can-do approach,' person-centered values, energy, and commitment. Relevant experience of supporting people with learning disabilities or autism is essential. A high level of motivation and personal commitment is required, as well as the ability to work professionally alongside Care Managers and health professionals.

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits: Access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country, provides information on the service and shifts, and directions. Paid weekly.
