Cabinetry Craftsman

Join Room Makers, a leading provider of bespoke cabinetry solutions, as a skilled Cabinetry Craftsman. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, custom-made furniture for residential and commercial clients across the UK.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and talented individual who shares our passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional results. As a Cabinetry Craftsman, you will work closely with our team to design, build, and install bespoke cabinets, wardrobes, shelves, and other furniture pieces.

Responsibilities
  • Create bespoke cabinetry solutions for residential and commercial clients
  • Assist in the construction of custom-built cabinets, wardrobes, shelves, and other furniture pieces
  • Prepare and process materials for use in cabinetry projects
  • Learn techniques for sanding and finishing cabinetry to achieve a high-quality, durable finish
  • Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A keen interest in joinery, woodworking, and cabinetry
  • Strong practical skills and the ability to use hand and power tools effectively
  • Good mathematical skills for accurate measuring and cutting
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
