About the Role



  • Deliver a range of services that support residents to live independently, including property management, tenancy management, and relationship building.
  • Manage properties, lettings, rent accounts, and repairs to ensure residents' homes are well maintained and comfortable.
  • Listen to residents' concerns, investigate issues, and provide effective communication to maintain trust and confidence in Anchor.
  • Manage the location's budget and service charge accounts to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure the location is safe by conducting regular health and safety checks and risk assessments.
  • Work with external agencies to provide support to residents with a range of needs and promote inclusion in social events.
