Responsibilities:- Direct and motivate the Pharmacy team to excel in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, maintaining its smooth functioning.
- Patient-centred care is at the heart of this role, requiring empathy and strong communication skills.
- Manage conflicts and issues promptly and fairly, upholding the pharmacy's reputation.
- The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registration is essential.
- Post-qualification experience in a pharmacy setting is necessary.
