Research and Development Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced Research and Development Project Leader to join our team at Micronclean. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for leading projects across the business, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective project delivery.
About the Role:
- Lead research and development projects from conception to completion.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Background in materials science or a related field.
- Proven project management skills and experience.
- Strong IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office products.
- Fully qualified driver's license.
What We Offer:
- A competitive annual salary of £55,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience).
- A generous bonus scheme.
- 30 days' annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days for loyalty service.
- Company pension contributions of 5% of salary.
