Job Overview

The Boots Company PLC is seeking a skilled 3rd Shift Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Skegness. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing expert advice to customers.

Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

Our busy seasonal pharmacy in Skegness requires a motivated and professional pharmacist to manage our dispensing services and provide a range of NHS services, including flu and hypertension. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice.
  2. Accountability for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
  3. Building the pharmacy capability of store teams.
  4. Conducting continual review through audit, observations, and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety.
  5. Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  1. Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
  2. Demonstrated high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
  3. A passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for customers.
  4. Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services.
