Role Overview:
Our Graduate GROW Programme is a structured 3-year development programme designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You will benefit from training and development, mentoring, and support for relevant accreditations, as well as guidance to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within a diverse team to cultivate a deep understanding of our sectors and build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Identify opportunities to improve our working practices and implement timely resolutions to issues.
- Monitor project progress, liaise with clients, and coordinate with contractors to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
- A relevant master's or bachelor's degree in a field such as Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel and work away from home when required (we also offer virtual working options).
